Copyright Infringement Notice

WHITE-PILLED respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, WHITE-PILLED has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Process Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
• Review the notice for completeness and validity
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material
• Provide the user with information about the counter-notification process

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload, post, or share does not infringe upon the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties. Users should only upload content they own or have permission to use.
